SAP Alumni FAQ

What is the SAP Alumni network?
SAP Alumni is a community network for former and current SAP employees. The advantages of membership are manifold: networking opportunities with SAP Alumni and current SAP colleagues and leaders, earlier and better access to latest SAP news, access to exclusive offerings and premier events for business professionals as well as attractive job openings.

Who can get access to the SAP Alumni Network?
The SAP Alumni network is open to every former and current SAP & subsidiary employee. How can I sign up?

From the homepage (https://sap-alumni.com/) we invite you to choose “Start Now” to begin the on boarding process to join.

As part of the signup process, we ask you to enter your previous SAP credentials as well as the email of an existing SAP colleague who can personally validate your prior employment. If after 14 days the colleague has not responded to the request for your approval the case is forwarded to the Alumni team and handled in the order it was received. Given the recent launch and number of Alumni joining, it can take up to 14 days for your status to be approved.

If your status is approved, you will receive an email confirming your status and including your login details and some helpful information. The email will come from alumni.relations@sap.com and we recommend you add this email to your “approved senders” list or occasionally check your SPAM folder.

If your status is rejected, you will receive an email requesting more information to validate your status. The information requested is on a case by case basis.

Please visit https://sap-alumni.com/ and choose “Login” to access the SAP Alumni Network.

We have found that when trying to reach the SAP Alumni service from some organizations you may need to adjust your security settings.
